Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Mini's Review
There was a coupon in the Sunday paper about 2 weeks ago for $2 off 2 Hershey's Drops Candy, Reese's PB cup mini's or Pieces candy. I bought a few papers that week and ended up with 3 of these coupons.
I am a complete candy/sweets/junk food freak (no wonder I'm overweight haha) so it was no surprise to me when I saw these in the grocery store and immediately pulled out my coupons. I bought six bags of Reese's PB cup mini's. The cost of these is around $3.50-$4.00 in my area but were on sale for $3.00 so after coupons, I paid $2.00 each.
These are unwrapped, bite sized and ready to eat out of the bag. I LOVE this because there are no wrappers to undo! Big mistake for me though! Out of six bags, there is half a bag left. A serving size is 11, which is great because you feel like you are actually getting a decent portion..if you actually follow portion control(I have a hard time with this). And for 11 pieces, it's 200 calories. Definitely not a low calorie treat but good none the less. They taste just like the larger peanut butter cups but I would venture to say they are a bit creamier in texture. Would I buy these again? Yes but my waistline won't like it!
The only thing I would say that I didn't like about these would be the cost. They are a bit pricey but for the price, you do get over 60 pieces. If you actually follow serving sizes, that's about 6 servings.
Overall, a great product that won't disappoint!
