Carmex Healing Lotion and Cream Review & Giveaway!!

I am a member of the Carmex Blog Squad and with this, I sometimes am asked to review their latest products. I recently received their new Healing Lotion and Healing Cream for review.

About Carmex
For almost 75 years, people have come to love Carmex healing lip balms. They have now created a Carmex Skin Care line.

I received one 5.5 ounce Carmex healing lotion, one 4 ounce healing cream, one 1 ounce healing lotion and one .75 ounce healing cream.

With Fall in full swing, this means more and more cold days are on the way. With this, our skin tends to get dry. I have issues with my hands getting and staying dry all through Winter. So I was thrilled to try these new Carmex products.

The healing lotion contains aloe and vitamin E to sooth and protect your skin. I found the texture to be thick but easily dispensed from the tube. It smelled good and not medicinal at all to me. It was not greasy at all and soaked into my skin really well. It seemed to really help my dry skin.

The healing cream is a little bit thicker than the lotion. It was still easily dispensed from the tube though. The cream is better suited for those really rough and dry parts of your body. I tried it on my elbows as they are sometimes really dry, especially during the Fall and Winter months. It worked great. A light, pleasant fragrance and was not at all greasy. I found that I didn't need to use a lot to get the job done as a little went a long way. It really helped out my skin, more so than the lotion did.

I love that these come in smaller sizes too so you can travel with them or carry them in your glovebox or purse.

You can purchase these at Walmart, Walgreens and CVS. Suggested retail prices are $5.99 each for the full size tubes and $.99 each for the smaller tubes.

Want to win your own Carmex Healing Lotion and Cream set, just like the one I received? One winner will receive the same set I did.
