Wow! I cannot believe it's been another week on the Nutrisystem weight loss program! I've said it before and I just have to say it again. Nutrisystem does NOT feel like a diet at all so time flies while on it. This post is a few days late simply because I had the post scheduled and it didn't post. Anyhow..
This past week was just an okay week for me. I "cheated" at a cook out that one of my friends had. I won't go into the details too much but not only did I eat things I shouldn't have, I ate way too much of it. But I did it and moved on. That's one of the things I have learned while doing Nutrisystem. If you slip up during a meal or two, just mentally say to yourself "it's okay, I am human. I made a mistake" and move on with Nutrisystem the next meal.
I don't even use the word diet anymore when talking about Nutrisystem because to me, it's not a diet. It's a way of life and having a healthier lifestyle that just happens to have the benefit of weight loss.
Last weeks weight: 310lbs
This weeks weight: 308lbs
This weeks loss: 2lbs
Overall loss: 29lbs
