Gymboree

I was recently sent a Gymboree gift card to do some Back to School shopping for my daughter and share my thoughts and experiences with you. I happened to shop during their huge Back to School sales event, which is still in effect. 30% off all regular priced items and 20% all sale priced items. Plus you can earn Gymbucks!

What are Gymbucks?

For every $50 you spend either in store or online, you earn $25 in Gymbucks. Then when it's time to redeem Gymbucks, you can take your Gymbucks and use them.  Example: You spend $50 during a Gymbucks earning period and earn $25 in Gymbucks. During Gymbucks redemption period, you can then take your $25 in Gymbucks off a $50 purchase. What a great way to save!

On to the clothes...I headed to the mall a few weeks ago to see what Gymboree had. The great thing about Gymboree is that every couple of weeks it seems that they put out a new line of clothing so there is always something new.

I got quite a few things for my daughter for Back to School and in fact, got a little carried away. I spent above and beyond the gift card I was sent but the sale and stuff was too cute that I just bought it. I bought so much that my daughter got tired of trying it all on for pictures plus this post would be extremely long with pictures and information anyhow. So I will just give you a taste of what I got :)

From the Ready Dress Go line, I got the Gem Sequin Heart Dress. I love the rich color and the heart. The heart is entirely sequins. Honestly, I won't buy clothes with sequins or embellishments on them unless they are from Gymboree. I have NEVER had any sequins or embellishments EVER come off during wear or washing. Other brands almost always did.

Again from the Ready, Dress, Go line, the Gem Leopard Kitty Tee and Leopard Leggings in Teal. I love the animal print and teal together. You can't see in the picture but the shirt has gems and pearl beads on the cat part which is just an added detail that Gymboree is known for.

From the Friendship Camp line, the Gem Flower Double Sleeve Dress in Teal Blue and Floral Leggings in Teal Blue Floral. The dress alone is cute with a different print sleeve but when I saw the matching leggings, had to have them. It totally brings the look together.

This outfit is the same concept as the previous one but just different colors. It's also from the Friendship Camp line. The Gem Heart Double Sleeve Dress and Dot Leggings in Fuchsia Pink Dot. When I saw this set that was like the other, I had have it too!

I also wanted some more "plain" things for my daughter so from the Friendship Camp line, I got the Gem Button Long Sleeve Tee in Fuchsia Pink and matching Leggings in Fuchsia Pink. A very cute and comfortable outfit for Fall and Winter. My daughter loves Gymboree leggings and I love their durability. They are a thicker quality that will last through washing and kids playing. I have yet to have a pair of Gymboree leggings end up with a hole in the knees.

The last thing that my daughter was willing to actually try on for pictures was the Gem Button Long Sleeve Tee in Gym Navy and Dot Legging in Gym Navy Dot. While the tee is from the Friendship Camp line and the leggings are from the Brightest in Class line, they still match. Gymboree is great about making outfits match without having to shop in multiple different chains in order to get things that match.

I also got about 3 more tops and matching leggings and 3 other dresses with leggings to go underneath. My favorite of the dresses is the Sequin Flower Stripe Dress.

Thanks to Gymboree, my daughter is pretty well set for this Fall and Winter for quality clothing that will last. I was able to use a 20% off coupon on my entire purchase on top of the awesome sale and saved a lot. Plus I earned Gymbucks to use later. I am also a Gymboree rewards member.

Not familiar with Gymboree rewards?

It's FREE and with every $1 you spend at Gymboree, online or in-store, you accumulate points. When you reach 250 points, you get a $5 Gymboree certificate to use on a purchase. They give out the rewards 4 times per year and points roll over. Yet ANOTHER way to save at Gymboree.

I had so much fun shopping at Gymboree. I love their clothing, not only for the cute styles but the clothes last through wash after wash without color fading and don't fall apart or get holes. It's one of my go to places for my daughters clothing!
