IHOP is celebrating Spring with 2 new flavors of their Brioche French Toast. For a limited time, IHOP is offering Caramel Apple or Strawberry Creme Brioche French Toast on their menus.

Brioche French Toast is created by soaking thick-cut slices of rich Brioche bread in a lightly-sweetened vanilla batter and grilled to a warm golden crispiness.

Caramel Apple - Topped with sliced apples, drizzled with a rich caramel sauce and served with a warm vanilla sauce on the side

Strawberry Creme - Topped with cool glazed strawberries, a dollop of sour crème with a brown sugar drizzle.

IHOP offers either one as an entree alone or as a combo meal.

I recently went to my local IHOP to try out one of these new flavors of brioche french toast.
I had a hard time figuring out which to choose but ultimately went with the Caramel Apple.

I made mine a combo meal complete with eggs, bacon and hashbrowns.

When my plates arrived to the table, I could hardly contain my excitement. The Caramel Apple Brioche French Toast looked AMAZING! As I dug into my meal, I was in complete heaven.

The Brioche French Toast alone wasn't dry or soggy and had an amazing flavor to it. But then add in apples, a warm caramel sauce, a warm vanilla sauce AND a huge pile of whipped cream, oh man, it was fantastic! Think apple pie filling with vanilla and caramel sauce on top of fantastic and crispy french toast! YUM! I had eaten most of the french toast before realizing that I still had another plate with my eggs, bacon and hashbrowns on it to eat too.

I would highly recommend trying IHOP's Brioche French Toast if you haven't already. They are available until May 31st, 2015 and along with the 2 new flavors, the fan favorite Bananas Foster variety is back as well.
