When we think of Halloween, we usually think candy and Trick or Treating. But what do you feed yourself and your kids before going out Trick or Treating that is quick and easy to prepare but is also a good source of protein?

Hot Pockets Snack Bites fit the bill perfectly. Made with 100% real cheese and they provide 7 grams of protein per serving. They do not contain any artificial flavors.

Do you not drive that many miles each month? Did you know that you are paying the same rates as those people who do? Seems rather unfair right?

Metromile is changing that. Metromile charges a base rate plus a few cents per mile when you drive.

At the heart of Metromile is a handy device called the Pulse. It plugs into your car to measure mileage and works with a free app on your smartphone to provide important information such as:

- See Driving Stats
- Decode Check Engine Lights and ask their on-staff mechanic for advice
- Locate your car if you've forgotten where you parked it

Sounds great, right?

Metromile is currently only available in California, Illinois, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virgi…
