The holidays are upon us which means needing to find gifts. What about those people who you don't know quite what to get them? Protect-A-Bed has options available for those hard to shop for people in your life. They have mattress protectors, pillows and even sheet sets.

I was sent a set of their Crisp Hypoallergenic Tencel® Lyocell Gray Sheets in size queen for review purposes. Upon arrival, I thought they were packaged wonderfully and would present nicely as a gift. The queen set comes with 2 pillow cases, a fitted sheet and a flat sheet.

The sheets offer a few positive aspects including temperature regulating, hypoallergenic, inhibiting bacteria, moisture wicking and a 1 year warranty. For me, there is nothing like getting into bed at night with a great set of sheets. These did not disappoint.

Putting them on my bed was easy and gave me no hassles. In fact, they have deep pockets so if anything, they are oversized. I appreciate this as my mattress is thick and some sheet sets have been hard to put on. This set has plenty of room.

When on the bed, they have a certain sheen to them which almost makes them look like silk. They are super soft and you don't slide around like you would on silk sheets. I am approaching 40 and sometimes get hot at night when trying to sleep. With these sheets I feel balanced with temperature. I am never hot and never cold at night. They are not super thick sheets but are definitely not thin and cheap either. They are an excellent quality set, hypoallergenic and well worth the money. The stitching all around the edges is done beautifully and there were no instances of loose threads or stitching being off. They washed well in my washer and dried with no issues in my dryer. They did not seem to shrink at all and fit just like they did before washing.

I would recommend these sheets to anyone who needs a good quality gift (or even for yourself!) but especially for those who have sensitive skin as well as those who have trouble regulating temperature at night as these sheets will help with that.

They retail from $119.99 to $194.99, depending on the size.
